Hostel Management System

As the project name specifies it is a "Hostel management System " developed for keep track on all the Hostel activities.As you know from the Past few years there are many new educational institutions.So the numbers of Hostels for the accommodation for the students which are studying in these institution.
Some times students also selects paying guest for there accommodation.So the person who runs Hostel or PG have lot of strain. Hostel management System  manage all problem and give details solution for each problem.

Hostel management System  have lot of features which are discussed below:

Ò  This system is designed in the favor of the Hostel Management, which helps them to save the records of the all 0 students about their rent payment,rooms and other things.
Ò This project helps user to keep track on all activities which are performed in Hostel.
Ò This project save user time and effort because it saves user to work manually which is very difficult to find records of the students mess bills.students other relevant information.
 Ò it keeps records of all the information about those students who left the hostel some years before.
Ò   It also helps them to retrieve the staff details.
Ò  it also carries out the automatic evacuation or allotment  of rooms for the students .
Ò it automatically calculates all the bills and delivers all issues and the notifications for those students who are against some rules.

Ò  To replace the existing system which is much more time consuming, we  are developing  a project  which is user-friendly ,global scope,and its functionality is very good compared to the existing one.

  Current Hostel Management System

 Ò  The current hostel management system involves very hand-written records which requires a lot of register to be keep .
Ò  This requires a lot of time as well as human power.
Ò  Student and staff register are maintained on a daily basis,each department has its own register
Ò It is very difficult to update or maintain all the records .
Ò  Also, the  loss or damage of any of the registers leads to the damage of hundreds of records at a time,so no surety of secure data.

LIMITATIONS of Existing Hostel Management System :-

 Ò  Records are hand-written in registers.
Ò  NO security of theft or loss of data.
Ò  Registers are not very well maintained.
Ò  Any types  of  details are not available easily.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

 Ò  This Project  enable user to store all the data in a database ,it is very easy to fetch the data from here.
Ò  We can keep backup in external storage,so no any problem to theft or loss of data,so it is full secure way.
Ò  Admin will have full conntrol over this Hostel Management System project.
Ò  Its validation is done standard as it looks very impassive system product.
